<h2>About Jennifer</h2><p><strong><span style="color: var(--color-text-accent-primary)">Jennifer Todd</span></strong> is a proud single mom, a dedicated school nurse, and a successful small business owner from Centralia, Illinois. Raised by hardworking parents — her father a school janitor and her mother a registered nurse — she learned the values of service, resilience, and community care. With 30 years of nursing experience, including work as a traveling nurse across the country, Jennifer has seen firsthand the challenges families face in accessing quality healthcare. She's also a passionate advocate for students, serving as a school nurse and a former school board member. Now, she’s running for Congress because she’s tired of Mary Miller bringing nothing back for Illinois families, farmers, and veterans. Jennifer believes it’s time for middle-class, everyday people to have a voice in Washington — and she’s ready to be that voice.</p><p><u>____________________________________________________________________________________________</u></p><h2>Why I'm Running</h2><p>I'm running for Congress because the people of our district deserve real leadership that puts their needs first. <p>Illinois’ 15th Congressional District is home to hardworking farmers who deserve a representative who will stand up for them. I will fight for fair trade policies, expand access to agricultural markets, and support investments in sustainable farming practices. I’ll work to protect crop insurance programs, strengthen rural infrastructure, and ensure family farms can thrive for generations to come. </p>
